Registration Eligibility

To open an account at 7e774, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must create an account voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.

Account Information & Verification

At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 7e774 may at any time request any of the following documents for identity verification:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Mobile banking account documents or a bank statement.

One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Attempting to open multiple accounts under the same name, multiple accounts from the same device, or multiple accounts using the same payment method may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Deposit Terms

The following terms apply when making a deposit at 7e774:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Agrani Bank, and Janata Bank).
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally added to the gaming wallet instantly.

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be on hold if verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement of any active bonus has not been met.

Welcome Bonus

7e774 offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members:

• A 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳17,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• The validity period and specific terms for using a bonus are stated in the details of each offer.
• 7e774 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in any other fraudulent activity to take advantage of bonuses will result in cancellation of the bonus and closure of the account.
• Bonuses can only be used for playing on the 7e774 platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7e774:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Applying systematic betting strategies to meet bonus or promotion conditions that are clearly intended to abuse bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Engaging in fraudulent or threatening behaviour towards other members.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above activities, 7e774 may immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

System Errors & Technical Issues

If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, incorrect odds, or an incorrect credit, 7e774 reserves the right to void or correct that transaction. Any funds received as a result of an error may be recovered from the member's balance.

VIP Program

The 7e774 VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier assignment is at the discretion of 7e774 and may change from time to time. Detailed terms for VIP benefits will be communicated separately.

Account Closure & Suspension

Closure at member's request: You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure.

Closure at 7e774's initiative: 7e774 may close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these terms.
• False information or fraudulent activity.
• Suspected financial crime.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
